Program Description
Tai chi is an ancient practice that has its origins in China. It is a mind/body practice that incorporates breath and gentle movements to focus the mind. This program will assist the body in recovering from illness and maintaining wellness. The instructor is certified through the Tai Chi for Health Institute. All levels are welcome.
